I keep coming back to this one because it is so easy! And every time I make it I do something a little different as my family likes the sauce to be more tomato-ey than creamy. It adapts well to the switch-ups and seems to be good no matter what I do. Thanks for this versatile recipe!

i changed it around a little because my bf is picky. he hates parmesan cheese. i used chicken broth, added browned meat and fresh chopped mushrooms. i only used about 8 oz of sour cream and added about .5 cup of milk. turned out nice and creamy. for full modifications see my blog. http://terrorinthekitchen.blogspot.com/2009/06/baked-ziti.html

This is a quick, tasty and filling meal. It's great for those nights when you don't have anything planned. I love a meatless dinner sometimes and this one hit the spot. Thanks for sharing.

A practically effortless pasta meal! What's not to love? I used beef broth in place of vegetable, but otherwise made no changes. It really relies on the quality of the spaghetti sauce that you choose. For those who need to have meat, I think pepperoni slices would be a great meat option for this. We loved it just as is and we'll be having this again! Thanx!

This was a good, quick and easy recipe. My family enjoyed it. I followed the recipe but next time I will add cooked ground beef and more cheese (we love lots of cheese). A great basic recipe.

YUMBERINI as can be! BEST comfort food to see! Used LOW FAT parm cheese, NO FAT mozzarelle... Honestly, no one can tell!

This was great! I cooked some ground turkey and added it to the recipe, along with some fresh crushed garlic and onion soup mix. It turned out great. Like others, I didn't cook it for the extra ten minutes after adding the cheese on top; five minutes did it fine. I'm still eating my big pan of this as my week night after work dinner. Filling and very tasty. I've already shared the recipe twice. Thanks for posting this.

Wonderful and couldn't be easier! A real kid-pleaser, too. I used 2 cups of homemade chicken stock rather than vegetable stock, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Would suggest popping the dish back in the oven in the last step just until the cheese melts, 10 minutes is too long and it will start to dry out. Mine had just the right amount of moisture, but none to spare. Was surprised how good this was. Sour cream flavor was not pronounced, just added some creaminess to the dish. A great recipe for a busy night! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is such an easy recipe and after a busy day at work, I was happy to have enough energy left to throw this together. I did add some more sauce and cheese on top after baking it, as it seemed a little dry. Next time I will just add more sauce to the ingredients. I think since the pasta was not boiled it absorbed a lot of liquid. Thanks for a great and easy recipe.
