I halved this recipe to use with mexican pulled pork fajitas. I didn't use the full amount of honey and it turned out great!
My oldest son made this to embellish some chicken leg quarters I had in the crock pot. I did cook it on the stove for about 15 minutes, although I'm not sure I needed to. It was great! He only used 1/2 cup honey, at my request. Next time, we may use 1 cup honey and 1/2 cup brown sugar. He just added 1/8 tsp. cayenne, so my younger two would eat it. They both loved it! Easy and delicious, thanks!
I was looking for a honey bbq sauce on behalf of a friend. He has a new pellet type grill and could not find the right sauce to use on ribs ad chicken. We both give this 5 stars!!! So quick, easy and delicious. It's just the right combo of sweet and tangy. Great for pork tenderloin and chicken.I have already made this twice. Keeps great in the fridge. Thanks chef 942907!
