Bloody Mary Cocktail

"A nice Bloody Mary using Ciclon rum. I was a little afraid to use a whole shot of hot sauce in this (I used Frank's), so started with only a 1/2 shot. Then I kept adding a little at a time. Glad I did - it was spicy enough for me before the whole shot was used."

  1. Zowie! This is spicy good! If you like hot and spicy this is for you! DH even tasted it- SHOCK! HE HATES tomato juice! lol His eyes rolled back in his head and he licked his lips. MMMM! The citrusy flavor in the Ciclon made a great new twist on a bloody mary. I used Tabasco Chipotle here for the hot sauce. Tabasco is very powerful so I used a half shot and glad that I did as more would have been too much! My advice is measure out an ounce of hot sauce and add to the drink a little at a time until it is as hot as you want it without being too hot. This is a great Mary! Thanks lazyme! *Made for Zaar Alphabet Soup Tag*

  2. Oh yum! I used a whole shot before I read your description LOL! I also used spicy V8. But it was still very good! My DH2B is not fond of Blood Marys and he really liked this cocktail. The lime in the Ciclon pairs really well with the juice!
