I had broccoli defrosted & was looking for a different way of fixing it when I stumbled on this recipe. I adapted it to what I had on hand: The defrosted broccoli, sliced cabbage, a shredded carrot. I had no pine nuts so I substituted chopped walnuts. Not having sesame oil I added sesame seeds. It was excellent. Thanks for a new way to cook broccoli!

This recipe is a gem of a find! I love being able to use the broccoli slaw as something other than slaw! I can see making this into a one-dish lunch by adding cut up grilled chicken ... lots of possibilities! I adjusted the oil (1T instead of 2) and used 1/2 T Splenda to bring it down to 3 WW pts. per serving. Also, I had had my pine nuts for a while and I think they went bad, so I didn't add them. While the dish was very tasty without them, the pine nuts would be a nice addition...sliced almonds would probably be good too!

Was a bit aprehensive about stir-frying the slaw, but it actually turned out fine, still just a little bit of crunch! The toasted pine nuts added a great touch! Thanks for posting! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe]
