This recipe really needs to be tried by more chefs. It's terrific. I subbed fresh basil for the dill just because I like it and I added some minced garlic. It was divine on green salad with fresh-from-the-garden vegetables.

I made it for a salad dressing and didn't like it at all. The dill taste was too strong - it overwhelmed the salad.

This was a great salad dressing - very light and tangy. I added a little bit of minced garlic and used fresh chives and parsley instead of the dried herbs.

I just used this as a base for a chives and bacon dressing and it was fantastic. I omitted the dill and lemon juice, added a premixed herb blend from Epicure. It will be great as a LF salad dressing or a veggie dip.

Very light and tangy! This is great for those wanting low fat and no salt! I would add a bit of salt and pepper. This would be great on a chicken or pork sandwich.
