  2. This recipe really needs to be tried by more chefs. It's terrific. I subbed fresh basil for the dill just because I like it and I added some minced garlic. It was divine on green salad with fresh-from-the-garden vegetables.
     
  3. I made it for a salad dressing and didn't like it at all. The dill taste was too strong - it overwhelmed the salad.
     
  4. This was a great salad dressing - very light and tangy. I added a little bit of minced garlic and used fresh chives and parsley instead of the dried herbs.
     
  5. I just used this as a base for a chives and bacon dressing and it was fantastic. I omitted the dill and lemon juice, added a premixed herb blend from Epicure. It will be great as a LF salad dressing or a veggie dip.
