  • Place fish in a wok. Cover with water and add the next 5 ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil at 225 degrees.
  • Reduce heat to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque.
  • Carefully remove fish from wok with slotted spatula.
  • Serve hot with melted butter and chopped parsley.

I only work part time these days due to arthritus in my hands. I love to cook and try new foods. I like Middle Eastern cooking as I travelled to Turkey and Cyprus and got hooked on the foods there.
