We love these and I probably make them once a week, they're so easy. Easy on the Mrs. Dash - It'll light you up!!!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 medium red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs Dash's extra spicy seasoning
  • 18 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt

Directions

  1. 1. Slice potatoes into wedges and throw them into a large ziploc with the other ingredients and shake well.
  2. 2. Spread them out into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn potatoes and bake 15 more minutes. Enjoy!
