- 6 medium red potatoes
- 14.79 ml Mrs Dash's extra spicy seasoning
- 29.57 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml coarse salt
directions
- 1. Slice potatoes into wedges and throw them into a large ziploc with the other ingredients and shake well.
- 2. Spread them out into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- 3. Turn potatoes and bake 15 more minutes. Enjoy!

My Grandmother died when I was 17. At age 40, I still miss her a great deal. She was an incredible woman and an amazing "southern" cook. The taste of her biscuits and gravy, rolls, poundcakes, fudge and Thanksgiving dinners are burned into the memory of my tastebuds. (No wonder I'm such a big girl!) In my adult life and now that I have a family of my own, I am striving to fill her shoes in the kitchen. Her son (my father) wouldn't mind it, either! :)
