Oil-based sweet and tangy salad dressing - good with everything! Especially great with strawberry, spinach, tangerine salads.
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 cup salad oil (Canola or olive)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together, and shake well before using! Great to double.

I loved how light and refreshing this dressing was! We enjoyed it over a fresh green salad tonight, alongside Robyn's Crock Pot Herb Roasted Potatoes and Easy Crunchy Chicken and it complimented them both nicely. This salad dressing is great! It tastes kind of like a light Catalina - sweet and tangy. Served this on a mixed green salad and loved it - thanks for sharing! Made for My 3 Chefs November 2008
